super sleep for families

Tuesday 24 September 2019

Presented by Dr. Estelle de Beer

A free interactive and informative talk for Parents and Children, discussing the importance of sleep.

Studies show that lack of sleep places children at a developmental disadvantage and can affect behaviour, social interaction, concentration, coordination, motor skills and so much more. Your child’s sleep could be affected by things that you may not have considered, and by identifying these you will help them to improve their sleep.

I am going to arm parents with the tools needed to get their children to sleep, and I will be giving tips on how to identify and deal with restlessness, snoring, mouth breathing, night time waking, and night terrors so that they can regain the Super Power of Sleep.

Join me at your child’s school or nearest community centre, and take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about your family’s sleep, and how you can make sure that you are all benefiting from good healthy sleep.
